WP Millworks is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of our operations, providing administrative support to our staff, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Description of Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide support to the management team and other staff members as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with financial record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Gather shipping quotes from our shipping brokers.
- Provide support to the sales and management team when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
