**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Executive Assistant to support our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Vice President and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, organizing meetings, answering phone calls, stocking supplies, and handling other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage calendars and assist with time management
- Book travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries
- Create and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies, equipment and food
- Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary institution
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in an administrative or organizational role is an asset
