Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our CEO.  


Key Responsibilities:


Supporting the CEO:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings and executive sessions, including material preparation and logistics.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects or events as directed by the CEO.


Supporting the Organization:

  • Perform light office administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, and assisting with the organization of company events.
  • Support office internal communication and announcements.
  • Handle inquiries from staff and external contacts and direct them to the appropriate individual within the Footage Team.
  • Assist other senior leaders with ad hoc administration and travel arrangements.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a growing business, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
