Triumph is a leading company in the construction industry, focused on ensuring workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in our safety programs. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Safety Coordinator/Admin** to oversee and implement safety processes, policies, and ensure compliance across our group of companies.

**Position Overview**:
The Safety Coordinator/Admin is primarily responsible for administering and implementing the Triumph Safety Program, ensuring safety compliance across various departments or companies, and providing assistance to the Safety Director and Safety Manager. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to support a team in achieving safety goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures across the group of companies.
- Schedule onboarding training for new hires, ensuring proper safety training and position-specific software training.
- Support onboarding staff as required and maintain safety-related records in our software.
- Assist in enforcing company policies through progressive discipline.
- Conduct safety inspections and monitor safety compliance across company job sites.
- Complete and track WSIB Form 7 for injuries and manage follow-up on all WSIB cases.
- Assist with the WSIB excellence program for company rebates.
- Maintain safety records and monitor accident/incident statistics.
- Participate in safety investigations and document related incidents.
- Assist in planning safety protocols for new projects and build safety binders.
- Conduct safety orientations and regular site inspections.
- Stock and track safety inventory and equipment maintenance for COR.
- Assist in the administration, documentation, and management of the company’s COR program.
- Provide administrative support to the Safety Director and Safety Manager.
- Conduct field-level safety meetings and toolbox talks to raise awareness.
- Ensure that safety compliance is maintained among workers and subcontractors.
- Report on safety issues and suggest remedial actions where necessary.
- Other duties and projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of OHSA and applicable regulations.
- Experience with COR and safety management systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety-related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Ability to take initiative and ensure the correct course of action is taken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
