**Summary**

The Construction Division Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our Construction Division from information tracking, creating purchase orders to coordination of schedules and equipment. The Construction Division Administrator is a team player and a vital member of CFLS’s Construction Team.

We expect that the Administrator - Construction Division will work within a team environment and be responsible for but limited to the following:

- Assist in management of estimating and quote management process
- Track and document bid results
- Assist with follow-up calls to customers
- Assist in the Project Management administration tasks including updating and recording meeting minutes for Large Contract meetings, updating project management software to reflect current project status, and tracking and collecting required close out documents
- Assisting with focused outreach activities
- General admin and data entry as required
- Other administrative tasks assigned by the Director of Construction Operations as needed

- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Very strong organizational skills for people and information
- Efficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills with staff and customers
- Keen understanding of customer care
- Enjoys working in a team environment
