**Major Accountabilities**:
**Relationship Management**
- Work with PSHSA teams and consultants to support program objectives and deliverables.
- Identify partnership opportunities and makes appropriate referrals.
- Maintain collaborative working partnerships with colleagues, external clients and key stakeholders such as System Partners and sector stakeholders to advance program objectives. (i.e., Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Solicitor General, WSIB, researchers, etc.).

**Client Engagement**
- Engage sector stakeholders to inform program objectives and support program initiatives.

**Operational / Subject Matter Expertise**
- Provides health and safety consulting services and/or liaises with other PSHSA consultants to provide consulting services to assist clients within the scope of the program.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of the program initiatives and deliverables.
- Proactively responds to client information requests promptly and accurately, serving as a resource for information and services related to the program; maintains records of all activities.
- Collaboratively researches and stays abreast of common health and safety trends within the sector.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Post secondary degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Designation(s) in health and safety related disciplines (i.e. Psychological Health and Safety) preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of related job experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of issues relating to mental health, occupational/operational stress injuries, and other mental stress injuries.
- Knowledge of Ontario’s public safety and/or emergency services sectors, applicable legislation, and mental stress injury management practices preferred.
- Project management or business administration is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex planning activities, multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Proven ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills; written, oral and interpersonal; comfortable with contacting clients and facilitating/participating in meetings and training.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences.
- Works well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong computer skills, including the MS Office suite, Customer Relationship Management systems; aptitude for learning new software.

**Details of the Role**:
Status: Full-time, 1 year contract

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week
