**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Manager, Talent Management to help us further push the evolution of the People function. You will work closely with our People Business Partners and other members of the People area, and Business Leaders to elevate our approach, processes, and tools related to talent management. The role entails identifying, designing, implementing, and monitoring integrated talent practices and processes to improve the employee experience, support building high performing teams, and achieve our strategic priorities. The position is a key contributor to achieving RBI's long-term vision for best-in-class talent practices.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and execute the strategy, end-to-end design, development, and delivery of the enterprise-wide Talent Management approach, including talent assessments, talent reviews, 360s, succession planning, career management (internal mobility), and development across all levels
- Collaborate and partner closely with the People Business Partners, and key stakeholders to ensure talent solutions are aligned to critical business needs and support outcomes
- Develop creative, scalable, and streamlined tools, resources, and training to build both employee and manager knowledge/skills related to ongoing feedback, performance discussions, and career development
- Define data-driven characteristics of all roles within the organization; design and implement a succession planning framework for identifying and nurturing top talent and key roles
- Partner with external vendors to determine critical priorities, project plans, and stakeholder engagement; enhance end-user system experience and advance strategic priorities/objectives
- Manage the employee lifecycle program including vendor relationship, communication, launch, executive reporting, and equipping leaders with tools to action plan and enhance the employee
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset to ensure all new and current programs and practices are designed, regularly reviewed, consistently utilized, and streamlined for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and execute on opportunities to mitigate bias and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture in all talent programs and processes
- Partner with the internal learning team to design and deliver training for employees and people managers on talent related topics
- Monitor and analyze external market, competitive intelligence, leading industry trends and best practices on talent strategies, programs, tools, and technology to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities
- Assist in preparing analysis and materials for Board/executive management review meetings and other leadership presentations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2-4 years' experience in organizational development, talent management, or related field
- BA/BS in business or related field
- Familiarity with design, implementation, and sustainment of talent management programs and talent systems
