The U.S. Head Office is in Dallas, Texas.

Hybrid position, with expectation of 3 days in the Toronto office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operations_

Equipment logistics with adjusters across North America for primarily Canadian Clients (Allstate, Co-operators, Economical, SGI, Gore, TD) and remote team members.
- Update and monitor inventory tracking forms.
- Communicate with Team Managers any delinquencies from adjusters on equipment returns.
- Send out new equipment via FedEx (25 lb boxes lifting required). During peak period and large events, support will need to be provided from other team members.
- Send out paperwork for equipment returns to Clients or CRU GROUP offices (Hurst, Toronto, Edmonton)
- HR and Compliance_
- Annual review/update of Employee Handbook and coordinate/monitor completion of acknowledgements.
- Payroll Onboarding for OCEs including uploading employee forms to payroll system (Paycor), US- I9 collection/verification and terminations in payroll system.
- Assist with welcome package for new hires (office fob, parking, business cards, swag, etc)
- Custodian of Client contracts.
- Assist with corporate licensing.
- Marketing_
- Assist Marketing Lead with special projects, including prep for conference, shipping - sending out booth and exhibitor boxes (heavy lifting required).
- Provide support with social media, Employee Portal, Adjuster Relations webpage, and Campaign Monitor eblasts.
- Assist with CAT online monitoring for storm events.
- Assist with Toronto Office events.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- College diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to move/handle courier shipments in excess of 25 lbs.
- Discretion with handling confidential information
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Platform
