We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced and growing Lawn Sprinkler & Landscape Lighting Company. The Administrative Assistant will work on various administrative tasks, but will be mainly responsible for inbound and outbound calls as well as invoicing and processing payments. This position requires the ability to multi-task, work independently and coordinate with our team. This person must be located in the GTA and have a geographical understanding of Toronto and surrounding areas.

We are currently looking for a person who has excellent verbal and written English skills, has excellent customer service skills and the ability to speak with a wide ranging client base. We are looking for someone who can work from the comfort of their home in a quiet and professional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain organized files; create and maintain company invoices as well as receive payments. (We currently use Wave Financial - similar to Quickbooks)
- Responsible for inbound & outbound calls Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-4pm.
- Assist our office manager with general computer-based administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist our office manager with scheduling calendar events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
