Drive and achieve sales goals by building and developing relationships with both existing and new customers within your specific sales territory. In this role, you will handle all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to sales closing and account management.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers, according to the type of banner, identify their needs and present the range of products and negotiated promotional programs.
- Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Building rapport with customers.
- Collecting customer information for future follow-ups.
- Cross selling and making product recommendations.
- Closing sales and achieving company quotas.
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Staying informed about product and service information updates.
- Maintain balance by building a new customer base while maintaining your current base with ongoing service and attention.
- Answer questions, present suggestions to provide reliable service and accurate delivery.
- Treat customer transactions accurately, such as orders, quotes or returns, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, incentive sales, supplemental sales and promotional offers.
- Selling and promoting products in ways that consistently represent the core values of the company and the promise we make to our customers.

**After-Sale Service**:

- Carry out various follow-ups to properly handle the client file and validate their level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate the return of defective goods.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Plan meeting agenda to contact all customers.
- Report on a regular basis prospecting results to the immediate supervisor and explain the results.
- Keep the information of client files up to date.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary responsibility is to sell products while generating new customers in an assigned geographical territory.
- Calling on prospective customers, providing product information while creating proposals that speak to customer needs.
- Performing all direct sales functions in a business to business, customer facing environment.
- Driving customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships.
- Providing clients with the highest levels of customer service throughout the entire sales life cycle.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to schedule time effectively.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Understanding Ethical Values and Business Communications in a Customer Service context.

**Required Qualities**:

- Be recognized for his/her sense of innovation, creativity and credibility in business relationships.
- Ability to negotiate and close a sale.
- Attitudes and professional behavior (teamwork skills, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, sense of initiative, sense of organization).
- Knowledge in market development and sales strategy.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
