**What you will be doing**:

- Participate in communication flow between office, consultants, subcontractors and site staff;
- Assist in project forecasting, reporting, and costing;
- Liaise with architects, consulting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contracts, change orders, design revisions, etc.;
- Review contracts, blueprints, and shop drawings;
- Coordinate abatement and demolition of existing houses, site fencing, and tree removal;
- Support preparation of subcontracts and purchase orders (ROAs).;
- Identify possible improvements to processes and support field operations.

**What you need to bring**:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience as a Project or Pre-Construction Coordinator in the construction industry;
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Construction, Project Management, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a combination of education and industry experience;
- Understanding of construction and its phases from project start up through to completion.

**Extras we like to see**:

- Multi-family residential construction/wood framing experience is an asset.
