Operational Coordinator for Surgical Scheduling

Responsibilities include preparing, maintaining, and assigning patients/procedures to O.R. slates according to pre-authorized specifications.
Key QualificationsA minimum of a Grade 12 education and three years of recent experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Technical Skills: Ability to type at a speed of 45 words per minute.
- Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective ability to interact with others.
- Physical Demands: Physical capability to perform the duties of the position.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities.
- Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating related equipment.
