**Summary of position**

D3SM (Douglas Data and Digital Science for Mental Health - d3sm.ca) is a digital mental health initiative bringing together several researchers from the Douglas Research Centre (DRC) located at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, and working closely with the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal (CIUSSS-ODIM).

With over 85 researchers covering the full spectrum of mental health research (neuroscience, clinical, services, policy and epidemiology/population health), the DRC has been an international leader in mental health research for over 30 years. This position is part of the "Digital Mental Health" initiative, a central strategic objective for CIUSSS-ODIM, echoing the D3SM vision.

**Description of tasks**
- Assist in the development of an implementation plan (implementation science) for the project.s/tool.s to ensure effective deployment and sustainability within the clinics;
- Getting trained on the digital tool.s and subsequently supervising user training within the teams;
- Contribute to the recruitment of users (eg: clinicians, nurses, etc.) of the tool.s proposed;
- Ensure that the project.s are developed and executed according to a set timetable: assessment of deadlines, organization of meetings, etc;
- Exhibit appropriate time management skills and use relevant communication tools (online diary, communication channels, etc.);
- Facilitate strong internal and external communication, and coordinate meetings;
- Quickly identify, report and resolve issues as they arise with the relevant stakeholders;
- Supervise the various actors in their data collection, ensuring the proper use and integration of tools, and perform quality control of data a posteriori;
- Facilitate and/or present projects at conferences/knowledge-sharing events;
- Maintain good relations with clinical staff, CDR and CIUSSS collaborators to ensure project progress;
- Write progress reports for collaborators, partners and funding agencies;
- Evaluate tool effectiveness by creating summary reports and basic analyses on data acquired.

**Required qualifications**
- Master's degree in psychology, science or related field;
- Experience in clinical research, an asset;
- Experience with digital tools, preferably in mental health, an asset;
- Experience in youth mental health, an asset;
**Requirements**:

- Bilingual. Must be able to communicate fluently in both French and English ;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Effective writing and communication skills;
- Interest in digital tools and new technologies;

**Work schedule**

1 full-time position (35 hours/week).
