- The Douglas Research Centre is a front-runner in the integration of technology into clinical care models.- The primary goal of the program is to develop a model for implementing innovations in mental health research and care in a way that makes them more accessible.
- The person selected for this position will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the use of digital services, technology and facilities to improve accessibility in mental health care, including in Inuit communities located in Nunavik. He/she will also work within an implementation team and in close collaboration with the Neuro-informatics and Knowledge Transfer platform teams.- Facilitate the implementation of evidence-based practice and research by clinicians and policy makers;
- Support the planning, implementation, evaluation, quality improvement of programs and research projects through collaborative planning and problem solving;
- Work with the Digital Mental Health program to develop detailed work plans and goals to establish program timelines and milestones;
- Identify best practices and emerging trends, conduct literature reviews and environmental analyses to assist in decision making, planning and implementation of the program;
- Assist with the evaluation activities of the program and the writing of reports for the granting agencies;
- Any other related tasks.

Work Location: Multiple work settings (working from home and at the Douglas Research Centre, FBC Pavilion)

- Work schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week)-
- Requirements:
- Required qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in implementing at either the agency and/or systems level, as well as experience in project management;
- Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills:
- Bilingualism (English and French, oral and written) required;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative research and analysis;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with diverse stakeholders (researchers, service -providers, community organizations, etc.);- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and decision-making skills;
- Initiative and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
- Professionalism, discretion, courtesy and respect in all interactions with stakeholders;
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task;
Relevant experience working with indigenous peoples and communities is considered a strong asset.- Comments:
