Greater Toronto Area, Canada Allcargos Event Rentals Full time

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform account analysis
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Utilize accounting software (such as Xero or Sage) to perform daily tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage, etc.)
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.68 per hour
