**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and reports.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to bookkeeping and accounting.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Sage.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes.
- Experience with payroll management and processing.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately.
- Familiarity with budgeting techniques and financial forecasting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
