Part-time Bookkeeper

Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero - Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances - Process payroll and maintain employee records - Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero - Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, analysis, and budgeting - Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
