Résumé:
Fonctions et responsabilités
- Développer une liste trimestrielle de revendeurs cibles sur le territoire assigné afin d'atteindre le quota.
- Identifier et intégrer de nouveaux partenaires de distribution pour stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires à travers les offres de solutions GoSecure.
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place des partenaires, de la définition et de la gestion des objectifs de vente et des autres KPIs.
- Fournir des informations hebdomadaires sur les nouvelles inscriptions, les enregistrements de revendeurs, les pipelines et les prévisions de chiffre d'affaires.
- Créer des rapports et fournir aux revendeurs un retour d'information qui reflète le taux de conclusion des partenaires, les inscriptions et l'efficacité globale.
- Maintenir des prévisions de ventes précises et des mises à jour régulières pour la direction des ventes et les parties prenantes du programme.
- Établir des relations avec les partenaires de distribution stratégiques désignés afin d'accroître les recettes communes, d'acquérir de nouveaux clients et de conserver/accroître les clients existants.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.
Exigences et expérience
- Plus de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente, avec un historique prouvé de dépassement de quota.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente de canaux de distribution et une expérience préalable en tant que gestionnaire de canaux de distribution.
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe et/ou formation/expérience équivalente.
- Expérience de la vente de technologies de sécurité d'entreprise et connaissance pratique du secteur de la cybersécurité et de la sécurité gérée.
- Expérience confirmée en matière de ventes, de développement de partenariats et d'établissement de relations.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, de vente et de leadership.
- Solides compétences et expérience en matière de gestion de territoire et de prospection/chasse.
- Aptitude à la vente consultative, à l'établissement d'une corrélation entre les besoins de l'entreprise et les avantages du produit.
- Autonomie, orientation vers les objectifs et capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Capacité avérée à effectuer des appels à froid, à construire un entonnoir solide, à négocier et à conclure des affaires dans un environnement hautement concurrentiel.
- Capacité avérée à conclure des affaires et à obtenir des résultats par l'intermédiaire de partenaires.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes en faisant preuve de créativité et en sortant des sentiers battus.
- Un carnet d'adresses dans le territoire assigné est fortement souhaité.
- Capacité à voyager de manière habituelle et régulière environ 20 % du temps.
