- Communicate in a variety of mediums- Counsel, advise, and coach in the relevant discipline- Create and deliver presentations in various formats- Demonstrate appropriate and effective interpersonal communications through various media- Gather information and conduct research- Plan and organize activities / projects to meet section and organizational goals-
**What Qualifications Do You Bring?**:

- Your educational background, university degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline (Adult Education and/or diversity and inclusion, anti-racism, etc.), or the combination of education and experience is integral and will contribute to the success of this role.
- Your experience with the goals and strategies of anti-racism and confronting anti-Black racism movements in Toronto combined with familiarity and knowledge of the history behind it is required
- Your highly developed facilitation and coaching skills and the ability to teach others us required
- Your strong comprehensive understanding and knowledge of diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, race and racism, anti-Black racism, anti-Indigenous racism, discrimination, and other forms of racism against racialized groups is required
- Your ability to deal with conflict and difficult situations and conversations in a classroom setting is required
- Strong understanding of procedures/practices/techniques/methodology for conducting needs analyses, evaluating training programs and materials, and developing and validating criterion-referenced tests and other assessment instruments for program design, delivery and evaluation will also contribute to the success of this role.
