The Employee Relationship Consultant provides frontline employee relations support for our high-volume populations including Retail, Distribution Centres and Contact Centres. The focus of this role is to deliver employee and manager support for the moments that matter by providing counsel in service of HR related inquiries, leading workplace inquires resulting from employee and manager concerns, and partnering with various stakeholders to deliver outcomes in a consistent, effective, and inclusive manner.
# Provide coaching, consultation and support to managers on individual employee issues, corrective action and performance management
# Review and partner with employees and managers to deliver outcomes for non-medical accommodation requests in support of employee well-being
# Use a broad knowledge of HR disciplines (Employee Relations, Performance Management, Leave Management, etc.) Bilingual; French and English (verbal and written) is required
Post secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with preference given to those with employee relations experience
Experience conducting workplace investigation and inquiry is an asset
Experience with Workday an asset
