**Admissions Assistant - **Temporary Part-time**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks in support of the daily operations of the Admissions Department
- Provides customer service to prospective families as directed
- Creates electronic applicant files and student records
- Enters and tracks information in the department’s database
- Assists with organizing testing sessions for applicants
- Supports Admission-related events
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate or diploma in Office or Clerical Administration or a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Experience with Blackbaud Admissions or other CRM database system is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong computer skills with proficiency working with Google products, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as database systems
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Motivated by the demands of a busy and fast-paced workplace environment
- Ability to work both collaboratively as a member of the Admissions team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Available to occasionally work on an evening or weekend to support admission-related events
