**Project Coordinator**
Regulvar is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Regulvar continues to grow in size and visibility, and is represented by a growing team in Laval, QC.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the flow of project information between various departments within the company. This position reports to the Project Manager, and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project from start to finish. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry - enter all project information into database, update status reports, create change orders, prepare purchase orders, track inventory, file documents, answer phone calls, assist with other general office duties as assigned.
- Client Service - answer questions from customers regarding status of projects, provide general information about company services, answer customer questions regarding products and services, assist customers with order status updates and confirm order information.
- Purchase Orders - update inventory levels for new orders and update purchase orders accordingly.
- Change Orders - review all change orders received from vendors, update status as needed and file as needed.
- Quality Control - review all quality control documents as assigned.
- Other Duties - perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high volume of work.
