Si vous êtes prêt à relever un nouveau défi, ce poste est fait pour vous Vous serez chargé(e) de fournir des services de soutien administratif à l’appui du mandat du doyen et de ses responsabilités quotidiennes. L’assistant(e) de direction accomplira des tâches complexes et hautement confidentielles.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Maîtriser la gestion générale du bureau et de la réception, de la hiérarchisation, de la correspondance à la fourniture de rappels et d’informations sur les procédures et les politiques en temps opportun.
- Vous rédigez et peaufinez d’importants produits de communication, en veillant à la clarté et au professionnalisme de chaque message.
- Traiter de manière experte les demandes de renseignements par téléphone et par courrier électronique, en maintenant un système de classement confidentiel pour les dossiers administratifs et personnels.
- Superviser la logistique des événements, de l’accueil des conférenciers à la coordination des forums de professeurs, en passant par l’organisation des voyages et les réservations.
- Gérer les demandes d’achat, les dépenses et les comptes clients, tout en contribuant à la planification budgétaire et à l’établissement de rapports.
- Surveiller les projets, les activités et les programmes, en relevant les défis de manière proactive et en planifiant des solutions si nécessaire.
- Agir en tant que contact principal et ressource pour le doyen, en rédigeant de la correspondance confidentielle et en gérant les ordres du jour, les procès-verbaux et les mémos avec discrétion.
- Traiter des tâches et des informations très sensibles, en respectant la plus grande confidentialité dans tous les domaines.


Are you ready to be at the epicenter of leadership, directly supporting the Dean, Associate Dean, and Director of Operations and Strategy? As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team, tackling complex tasks with finesse and confidentiality.

If you are ready for a new challenge, this postiion is for you You will be responsible to provide administrative support services in support of the Dean’s mandate and day-to-day responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will complete tasks that are complex and highly confidential.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Mastermind general office and reception management, from prioritizing correspondence to providing timely reminders and information on procedures and policies.
- Craft and refine important communications products, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every message.
- Oversee event logistics, from hosting speakers to coordinating faculty forums, making travel arrangements, and reservations.
- Administer purchase requisitions, expenses, and accounts receivable, while assisting in budget planning and reporting.
- Monitor projects, activities, and programs, proactively addressing challenges and planning solutions as needed.
- Act as the primary contact and resource for the Dean, drafting confidential correspondence and managing agendas, minutes, and memos with discretion.
- Handle highly sensitive tasks and information, maintaining utmost confidentiality in all matters.

Position Requirements

- Minimum d’un diplôme reconnu en commerce ou équivalent ;
- Cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine.
- La réussite de cours universitaires de premier cycle est un atout.
- Une combinaison acceptable d’études et d’expérience peut être envisagée.
- Bilinguisme : maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
