**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Provide dealer/customer assistance in troubleshooting and repairing product failures in the field and manage dealer service areas related to dealer service capability. Develop and maintain good relationships with dealer personnel and key dealer customers.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administer out of warranty policy expense and warranty appeals
- Provide courteous and effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Perform field investigations and generate accurate field service reports.
- Work with PDM to ensure dealer service personnel have the necessary training to service our product correctly
- Identify and document product issue root cause and resolution.
- Take ownership in resolving difficult product and customer issues.
- Support dealer in maintaining key customer relationships.
- Actively participate with provincial trucking associations to promote Navistar Product and build relationships with existing and conquest accounts.
- Provide technical and administrative support to specified regional truck, bus customers and National Lease and National Fleet.
- Work with dealer sales manager to market Navistar products.
- Work with dealer service and parts managers to sell fleet Service Portal and promote other parts and service programs to key customers
- Support new product launches.
- Reinforce Service Metrics, Prestige Standards, and all other OEM programs.
- Manage travel budget
- Work with key customer contacts and account management partners in developing and managing business strategies including assigned fleet accounts
- Assess, arrange and/or provide training and technical support to all bus and fleet customers as required.
- **Musts**:_ Minimum five (5) years experience working as Dealership Technician, Warranty Administrator, Service Manager, and/or Fleet Technician, Fleet Warranty, Administrator, Fleet Service Manager and Director of Maintenance. Minimum of 3-5 years experience administering Navistar Warranty.
- **Wants**_:_ College Mechanical/Automotive Technical Degree or Certificate and 5 (five) years related experience.

**THIS POSITION WILL COVER WESTERN CANADA ( MANITOBA TO ALBERTA)**

**75 % TRAVEL ( COMPANY CAR PROVIDED)**

**Salary**: $115,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
