Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational goals
- Conduct store visits to provide coaching and feedback to store managers and employees
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and shrinkage
- Collaborate with the district sales team to achieve sales and operational objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and employees to ensure a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a retail sales or operations management role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
