Verdant Energy Management Solutions is one of the fastest growing divisions at Copeland and we need a coachable, results-oriented inside salesperson to support the service and sales of our energy management systems and smart thermostats that are in extremely high demand in the Hospitality and MDU sectors.

**Who Are we?**

Verdant is an industry leading premiere manufacturer of Energy Management Thermostats. Verdant offers simple to use wired and wireless thermostats which are plug and play, have accessories to handle any scenario and can be controlled, managed and monitored via the internet. Commercial building owners turn to us when they want to achieve a significant reduction in their energy consumption, they’re tired of dealing with humidity related issues and want to increase the life span of their HVAC units.

**As a Sales Support Coordinator you will**:

- Prepare cost and energy savings reports that will quantify the return on investment to our customers
- Prepare accurate quotes that will lead to the smooth execution of a purchase order with appropriate equipment.
- Coordinate delivery information with our clients’ onsite teams
- Gather supporting documents necessary for a sale of our technology
- Manage RMA submissions and follow ups
- Coordinate support calls and customer training
- Meet regularly with sales managers to strategize on how to shorten the sales cycle for all clients
- Update CRM with pertinent information that maximizes communication between the client and our sales team

- You set objectives to align with your team’s goals and you anticipate and adjust effective contingency plans
- You identify opportunities that benefit the customer and you establish effective relationships with customers
- You work cooperatively with other with others across the organization to achieve results
- You ensure the accuracy of core project details
- You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**
- 2+ years of inside B2B sales experience or relevant experience supporting sales teams
- Strong record of supporting project management
- Strong customer service skills
- Quick learning skills that allow you to excel with new markets, products and technology
- Business savvy and a sense of urgency to help Sales Managers to guide a prospect through a longer sales cycle
- Very comfortable with analytics and spreadsheets
- Superlative written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English - written and oral

**Preferred Education, Experience and Skills**
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is a definite asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Knowledge of any CRM (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of construction industry is an asset
