**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Under the responsibility of the Customer Service and Internal Sales Director, the incumbent acts as a resource person and supports the sales team. More specifically, the incumbent is responsible for
**Description of tasks**:
- Process customer orders and enter data into the computer system.
- Follow up on orders and confirm them with customers.
- Prepare return authorization requests for defective merchandise and process replacement
orders.
- Respond to the various requests from internal customers by carrying out information
searches as needed.
- Provide support to representatives on the road and manufacturers' agents.
- Answer various technical questions from sales representatives on the road and from
customers.
- Provide exemplary customer service; issue bids and follow up on the various projects.
- Keep the various CRM tables up to date (quotes, opportunities, contacts).
- If necessary, receive orders from customers, enter items into the computer system and
follow up on these orders with the various departments.
- Perform any other related task relevant to the performance of his duties.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- The incumbent must, at a minimum, hold a college diploma or any combination of
training and experience deemed relevant.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service position or a similar position.
- Be recognized for their ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders
in both French and English.
- Have the ability to manage multiple files at once, quickly and efficiently.
- Have an ease of learning on different computer systems and have the ability to enter a
high volume of orders.
- Have a good team spirit in order to be able to support colleagues and get the right
information from the right departments.
- Required languages: French and English oral and written Fluent.
