**Broker Support - Office Administrator**

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a motivated individual who works well with others but is also able to work independently and thrives working with multiple tasks on the go. Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking an Office Administrator in the Broker Support role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers.
- Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with Experior's agents, associations, and insurance providers.
- Maintain and update department process manual.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the Broker Support role by your immediate manager.
- Offer process and technology improvement suggestions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in office administration.
- Experience working in the insurance industry considered a strong asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have great problem-solving skills.
- An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Able to take ownership of your work.
- Speak French / Spanish considered a strong asset.
- Willing to learn French / Spanish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
