Coordinator, Influencer Marketing

**Overview**:
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across a wide range of clients. Campaigns span across a variety of platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and a wide range of verticals (lifestyle, travel, sports, tech, etc.).
**Your Impact**:
- Researching influencers to build rosters for client approval (using internal influencer platform)
- Assist with influencer outreach
- Support with influencer contracts
- Assist in reviewing influencer-produced content to ensure quality control and accuracy against the brief
- Monitoring content posting to ensure content in market according to schedule and brief
- Communicating with internal paid social team for paid amplification
- Support in developing and maintaining workback schedules and status reports
- Monitor budgets and track spending
- Process invoices for payment
- Gather and file all assets related to the campaign in appropriate SharePoint folders
- Track deliverables and chase deadlines
- Compile post-campaign reports
- Keep up to date on the latest trends and news in influencer marketing

**Your Education and Experience**:
- Understanding of social advertising and distribution tactics across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience an asset
