**About the Role**:
As our Influencer Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our influencer marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll connect with content creators, manage partnerships, and create buzz for our brands.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Outreach & Engagement**: Find and connect with influencers who align with our brands. Build relationships that feel authentic, not transactional.
- **Coordination**: Manage campaigns from start to finish—negotiating, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing and franchise teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
- **Reporting**: Track performance metrics and suggest ways to improve future campaigns.

**What You Bring**:

- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships (internships count).
- A passion for storytelling and staying on top of social media trends.
- Strong communication and organization skills—you’re a pro at following up.
- Excitement about retail, franchising, and launching something big.

Salary for this role is capped at $50,000 annually.

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
