What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Complete assigned work to meet team SLA
- Manage customer payments
- Complete Daily and Weekly Reporting
- Complete exception handling and open order investigations
- Investigate and reconcile aged AR
- Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally
- Represent Reliance proudly as an ambassador
- Provide additional analytical reporting and other support as requested by Supervisor/Manager
- Coordinate the activities to identify, troubleshoot and find solutions to problems related to process, people and IT failures
- Responsible to ensure that process documentation related to the scope of responsibility are kept current
- Develop and nurture a culture of safety, quality, service, efficiency, and consistency
- Processing assigned work

What do you bring?

- Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in managing customer payments and receivables including the reconciliation of payments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
- Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Related experience in the HVAC industry would be considered an asset
