**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Use of multiple different customer portals for invoice submission.

**Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and manage accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies, payment inquiries, or issues.
- Fuel Card management and controls

**Payroll**:

- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for employees, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain payroll records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, tax forms, and other payroll-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Axon, Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
