Oilfield manufacturing company is seeking an individual to represent our business as our office receptionist / book keeper / administrator. Reporting to management, the office Receptionist / Administrator Must be able to multi task. in addition to handling reception duties in a friendly manner. Some Job duties include:
- Answering phones in a friendly manner and directing calls or messages as needed
- greeting customers, and accepting payments
- payroll
- payables and banking
- data entry
- maintaining reception area while ensuring front office is kept clean
- Applicants must have experience in this position, and be familiar with Quick books and Microsoft office programs
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Benefits**:

Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
