**Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Resolve employee disputes
- Advise management on best HR practices
- Process offboarding of employees
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contractsand new hireguides
- Revise company policies
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong interpersonal skills who is able to be an empathetic listener and strategic thinker
