**About the role**

We’re looking for a **Unit Claims Manager, Property** to join our growing team

**This opportunity can be based in any of the following Atlantic Canada offices: Dartmouth NS/Dieppe NB/St John’s NL.**

**What you'll do here**:

- Contribute to the achievement of corporate and regional objectives by measuring the performance of the team, ensuring quality claims processing, compliance with standards, procedures and productivity.
- Implement initiatives to support team goals/objectives.
- Participate in the improvement of operational processes.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring of the team.
- Identify and recommend changes to policies and/or processes to improve business results and maintain competitiveness.

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
- At least 3 years of experience as an adjuster
- Strong leadership skills
- Claims adjuster license is required
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge
- Bilingual English and French is considered an asset
