Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Pro Accessibility is a Construction Project Management company. We design, modify and build homes and work environments for seniors and individuals with disabilities or physical limitations.
We are presently looking to hire one special person to handle various tasks. This is a new position. 1-2 days a week with the possibility to become a full-time position. Typical tasks are (not limited to)
Schedule Meetings
Greeting guests
Organizing Events
Ordering Materials
Attend Company Events/Trade Shows
Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
**To be successful in your role as an assistant or secretary you need to possess**:
- Organizational skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good written skills.
- Time management skills.
- Trustworthiness, discretion and responsibility.
- Commitment, motivation and enthusiasm.
- An understanding of different working styles.
- Understanding of Quickbooks (AP/AR)
- Strong command of the English lauguage, French Speaking is an asset.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $33,595.00-$53,281.00 per year
