**Job Overview**
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive impression for all visitors and callers.
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
Pay: $16.55-$26.17 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
