Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage store Inventory and Stock
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5R 3L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
