Sales Executive for Digital Marketing Company

Responsibilities:
- **Build and maintain client relationships**: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on digital marketing strategies and solutions that align with their objectives. Foster long-term relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- **Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations**: Present the company's digital marketing services to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Customize presentations to address specific client requirements and showcase how the company's offerings can help achieve their desired outcomes.
- **Prepare and negotiate proposals**: Develop comprehensive proposals that outline the digital marketing strategies, tactics, and services tailored to meet the client's objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and pricing details. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope of work to secure successful deal closures.
- **Achieve sales targets**:Set ambitious sales targets and work towards meeting or exceeding them. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth. Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue pipeline, and customer acquisition costs, and take necessary actions to optimize performance.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure smooth project transitions and seamless service delivery to clients. Provide regular client feedback and insights to internal teams to improve service quality and develop new offerings based on market demands.
- **Stay updated on industry trends**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing industry. Attend conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise. Share industry insights with clients to position the company as a thought leader.
- **CRM management and reporting**: Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports for management that provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in the digital marketing industry.
