**Full Job Description**

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
As the marketing creative & lead you coordinate all communications and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy for our clients.
- Manage a team of social & networking events
- Manage all print and digital advertising initiatives
- Create and execute Facebook ads etc.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, adobe Premiere
- Knowledge of brand management; marketing and advertising theory; digital media
- Strong team-building and negotiation skills a must
- Oversee all signage at the property
- Create and execute of the annual marketing plan(s) for customers;
- Provide and maintain courteous, professional and efficient service to internal/external clients and community groups by responding to requests
- Develop and align localized content calendar, participating in weekly content creating as needed
- Oversee team onboarding new clients
- Analyze sales trends on a monthly basis

**Role Activities**:

- Daily_:

- Manage all social media Pages and drive engagement
- Create sales funnels and landing pages
- Weekly_:

- Manage all advertising outputs - Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Online marketing, flyers, newsletters, and feature sheets.
- Create Reports for Management & Sales highlighting the website & Social media traffic
- Monthly_:

- Develop new ideas to drive traffic to client’s website and generate more interaction on social media accounts
- Track the ROI on marketing efforts and share findings and recommendations
- Work with vendors
- Make recommendations to Team about how to better Streamline Communications between team members to provide a higher level of marketing to better serve clients
- Quarterly_:

- Set up and Create a Quarterly Marketing Calendar with scheduled: social postings, Direct Mail drops, Market Newsletter, Seasonal Checklists & Promotions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
