**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Assistant and Coordination**:

- Coordinate activities/events, people planner hours, and information
- Build strong positive relationships while interacting with Design/Project Managers, clients, project staff as well as IT staff
- Supporting the EDO through all phases of the project management lifecycle
- Prepare project progress reporting
- Preparing and updating project-related tasks in project scheduling software
- Prepare draft meeting agendas for internal and client meetings as well as attend and take meeting minutes
- Act as a point of contact, supporting project status communications and updating project timelines
- Ensuring project files are current and up to date
- Support information gathering for our proposals team
- Aid with setting up new projects

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years related experience in a similar role within a project environment
- A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education is considered an asset
- Energetic, self-motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Great teammate with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as demonstrate a sense of initiative and ownership
- An ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges along with strong attention to detail
- Document control experience will be considered an asset
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera is considered an asset
