Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as electronic schedulers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
