- As part of the Next Evolution of Work (NEW) Scaled Agile structure, Customer Engagement Platform(CEP) is focused on the Shopping and Buying experiences that engage Customers early in their needs assessment and through to fulfillment of their Financial needs. CEP provides Platform Leadership for platforms that are both Customer and Colleague facing to drive a legendary Customer experience across channels, plus provide strategic direction on Platform capabilities.- Within Enterprise Onboarding the C3-RIP portfolio team is passionate about the Canadian Assisted Channel experience with expertise on platforms such as C3, Core Account Open, and Retail Investment Platform. Creating seamless experiences for Colleagues to delivery Legendary experiences and drive high adoption rates for new products/processes.

**Job Details**-
- Be an advocate for Retail Branch; ensuring all decisions reflect the impact on the Customer, Colleague, and Shareholder
- Play a key role in the analysis and documentation of business processes and seek solutions to improve
- Generate insights through data analysis and report creation of Usage patterns, error handling, and interaction outcomes
- Perform multiple roles on initiatives, including documenting requirements, validation testing, and implementation support
- Respond to inquiries and escalate concerns from stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Provide advice and guidance to business partners and project team as required regarding Branch practices and delivery methodology
- Manage project escalations engaging Senior Management and Executive support when required
- Support development of best-in-class solutions by ensuring ongoing alignment of all involved teams with PBDE BST Guiding Principles

**Job Requirements**
- Team player with strong organizational, time management, communication, relationship management, consensus building and influencing skills- Data analysis, interpretation, data insights, and reporting experience is an asset
- Experience and familiarity with TD's Project Delivery methodologies (Agile knowledge is an asset)
- Comfortable eliciting and interpreting business requirements and adjusting to evolving priorities
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills that can translate into options and recommendations
- Ability to learn quickly, promote a positive team environment, and exceed expectations with mínimal supervision in a high pace environment
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
- Experience using Confluence and JIRA is an asset

**Education Requirements**
- Post-Secondary Education in a Business discipline or equivalent work experience
- Business Analyst Training / Certification is an asset
- Business related qualification or relevant experience
