**Our High-Rise Division is Hiring a Customer Service Technician at Maverick Downtown Toronto**
In this customer facing role, the Customer Service Technician brings hands-on expertise to address your homeowners needs working in partnerships with our trades to ensure level of quality is top notch. You will execute and address items on the warranty work orders in accordance with Empire Communities’ policies and the Health & Safety Act assuring standards are met reflecting our Care Values.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Perform tasks under multiple trade functions including high-rise residential construction, renovations and repairs
- Regularly review work orders for upcoming scheduled repairs to locate and retrieve necessary material to complete assigned work orders
- Effectively communicate and report progress and trade interventions required to administrators and supervising technicians
- Protect surrounding areas to minimize clean up and/or accidental damage during and after repair
**What you’ll bring**:
- 2+ years of experience in new home construction as a Warranty/Customer Service Technician or handyperson
- Strong customer service skills, problem solving and organizational time management skills
- Must have strong knowledge in Tarion Home Warranty Program
- Experience in general carpentry, painting, flooring install, and tiling
