As an HR Program Manager, you will manage key organizational people programs, ensure the continued execution on critical initiatives and assist with building and launching new programs.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in in human resources or a related field and four years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Bonus Certifications and/or training in DEI topics and related fields is an asset.

**Once here, you'll**:

- Plan, manage, and administer various people programs, most importantly Westland’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program (approximately 50% of role)
- Manage and drive adoption of HR-related resources and subscriptions such as i4CP and ISC, an insurance membership that promotes growth and development for women in the Insurance industry
- Develop, manage, and ensure execution of project plans related to HR’s strategic roadmap, contribute to the completion of tasks wherever necessary
- Proactively follows up on outstanding items and escalates when necessary
- Develop recommendations on how Westland can continue evolving our people experience, programs, and technologies based on next practices
- Research and analyze data on HR trends, provide new HR project suggestions
- Provide updates to HR leadership on current program goals and progress
- Develop, review and revise program policies and procedures
- Key priority/project areas include supporting onboarding, employment branding, and launch of new HRIS modules related to talent management
