Office Administrator

This position will focus on representing the Western Star Trucks (North) by providing exceptional Customer Service both in person and over the phone while ensuring the most efficient process of directing phone calls and completing administrative duties in a timely manner.
**KEY POSITION FUNCTIONS**:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting and directing them.
- Answering and Managing phone calls ask appropriate questions to ensure calls are being sent to the correct person.
- Be aware daily of what staff are in and out for the day to ensure efficient Customer Service
- Ensure the reception area is always visually clean and professional.
- Forward payments to AR staff for processing
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail for the company.
- Maintain and order all Office supplies for the building.
- Assist on ensuring the Customer coffee station is always full and clean.
- Maintain daily calendars assigned.
- Maintain the drivers lounge and other areas stocked and ready.
- Fill in for Admin staff when on vacation - eg: daily cash, sorting invoices, etc.
- Assist with daily filing.
- Arrange transportation for customers dropping units off or needing hotels.
- Monitor building cleanliness on the parts of the building that the hired cleaners should maintain.
- Coordinate signage etc as needed for offices or buildings or promotions.
- Collaborate with social committees to organize and assist with events.
- Responsible for holiday decorating and postings
- Assist with safety related documentation and communication as required by safety reps.
- Perform CIC duties, such as regular 5S audits.
- Maintain showroom signage and price tags.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to operate various office equipment.
- Ability to lift to 20 Lbs.
