- Those who are not afraid to jump in and take initiative on tasks to support the store
**Your role in our success?**
- Greeting and connecting with our customers immediately upon entering the store so customers feel valued and recognized
- Providing options for our customers based on their needs
- Accurately capturing customer information so we can deliver a seamless experience
- Increase sales & customer satisfaction by genuinely listening to customers and making appropriate recommendations for arrangements and additional products
- Floral design, both custom to order arrangements and bouquets as well as recipe designs.
- Experience with Sympathy and wedding would be great but can also be tought
- A commitment to learn about our products, flower design and the flower industry so you can contribute new ideas and suggestions to improve our service offering to customers
**Physical Considerations**
- During peak seasons the pace and hours can be intense, while also satisfying
- The role requires some lifting
**Minimum Requirements**:
- High School graduate
- 3 year retail or related experience and Some Floral experience is a bonus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
