about this team

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Negotiate short leases while adhering to lease and financial standards within tight timelines
- Renew and manage all lease obligations within your short-term agile portfolio (renewing, drafting documentation, obtain cross functional alignment based on market strategies)
- Manage lease obligations within your assigned areas (rental invoices, lease reviews, renewal approvals, amending agreements, estoppels, SNDA’s and other required agreements)
- Abstract lease language into a lease management software and file management system
- Build and manage cross functional relationships with internal and external partners
- Communicate and track critical dates for new and existing locations

qualifications
- 3+ years related commercial real estate leasing experience
- Strong understanding of lease language and documents
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Confidence in dealing with people (internal and external) and resolving issues diplomatically
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
