We address issues relating to mental health, addictions, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral, emotional, vocational and academic concerns, mood, and depression. Also, individual, family therapy and marriage (couples) counselling.
- Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, and facilitate, and direct each call) as required
- Utilize scheduling software
- Pull information used for appointments, file charts, reports and other correspondence
- Enter and track client data and client information changes
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Greet all guests and staff upon entry to office
- Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed
- Assist in maintenance and appearance of waiting area
- Assist with front office administrative tasks
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management

**You must have** the following experiences:

- A post-secondary education in medical office / business administration
- 5+ years’ experience in a office manager/receptionist/customer service role
- Previous experience in medical office/business administration
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A professional customer service attitude
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in medical office/business administration
- Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
- Ability to communicate in a sensitive and non-judgemental manner, effectively and tactfully, both in person and by telephone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure while handling multiple tasks, frequent interruptions and stressful situations.

Asset Exp:

- Knowledge of WSIB and MVA

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
