More About the Role:
Reporting into the Vice President, Sales, Eastern Canada, this position involves a high level of customer service and communication skills, as well as business development abilities, to both dealer and end users. You will help to achieve sales budgets and convert sales leads for the region by creating, developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Specifically, your role will include:
Relationship Management:

- Develop strong operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Delivers professional and timely responses to all Customer Experience issues in-line with agreed standards
- Communicates effectively with the team and regularly updates them on any roadblocks or outcomes
- Managing broker relationships
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders

Sales Support:

- Business Development and identifying new opportunities in the marketplace
- Reporting and data analysis
- Lead generation, handling and managing the leads database using Salesforce
- Managing customer’s accounts and generating new sales from existing customers
- Managing deals within the pipeline

Skills to Thrill
- 2+ years in sales preferred
- Experience in the Financial Services and/or Hospitality equipment sales will be well regarded, but not required
- Strong relationship building skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade
- High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to liaise, advise and interact well with internal and external stakeholders
- High quality planning, organisational skills, time management and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Sound computer literacy skills. Salesforce knowledge and experience considered an asset.
- Team player with energy, flexibility and integrity
